Rachel, this looks like such a fun project. I've never made a bee group quilt but I love to watch how you put yours together. It's always interesting to hear your thought process as you work on a quilt like this. I know it's going to be beautiful in the end. Your quilts always are.

Wow, I just love the colors themselves, and how they speak together…. Im curious if you gave more info to your bee mates beyond their color assignment… like fabric designers or values… This is going to be a special quilt…. I like how you said it’s a surprise when you receive other’s blocks…

Good question, Sadler. I didn't give my bee members direction regarding designers or specific fabrics, but I did give them indications regarding value. I used the mock up that I have shared earlier in March of the blue/purple/peach Pas de Deux as a value reference. I hope that the value pointers will help the quilt flow together well overall.
