Stillpoint is my absolute favorite of all your patterns. One day there will be time in my life to make it! For now I am so thankful for your beautiful work and your blog. I live vicariously through you!
Can't wait to see the pieces come together. I've wanted to make this quilt for a very long time. I am waiting to finish your color book before doing so. It's really helpful to see different iterations.
Remembering to cut the diamond shape the right size sure helps lol. I cut them all 1/4" short and could not figure it out. Sat down and wrote a long email to you detailing exactly what I did and figured it out while typing lol. I did love piecing that part of my Pas de Deux. It really makes you feel accomplished when you get it finished! Happy sewing.
Oh my! That sounds like something we have all done when we are tired. I remember seeing a reel once from The Confident Stitch where she looked at the pattern directions 3 times before cutting to be sure, then she cut the fabric. Next she looked at the pattern directions again and the cutting measurement had "changed". We've all been there!
I love seeing these blocks coming together, one color palette at a time! I looked back at your tutorials to see if you did one for the Star Point block! I didn’t see a video for that one! Would it be possible to make one for us? I am such a visual learner, I think it would be sew helpful for those of us who may need that extra guidance.😉
Ooh, I wish I had thought of that or received this suggestion before I finished sewing the blocks! I do have an idea for making a new Still Point quilt that uses color and value in a different way. If I do that then I will make a video. Good idea!

Thank you, Jennifer.
